At Papa & Petals, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

When will I get my order?
Delivery & Pickup Information
Delivery
All delivery orders are completed the following day between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
If you require an urgent delivery please contact our team on (02) 8764 7220. Extra fees apply.
Pickup
All pickup orders will be ready within 4 hours of placing your order. Your order must be placed before 2pm for your bouquet to be ready within this time.
Customers will be notified via SMS or email once their order is ready for collection
Can I customise my order?
Papa and Petals can create a bouquet based off your desired colours and florals. We can also cater to your budget.
