Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, our same day delivery offer is available for all ordered placed before 12pm to selected suburbs/locations.
Delivery locations
We deliver to all suburbs within 10km of Chipping Norton. Check if your area is covered by entering your postcode at checkout, or contact us if you're unsure whether we service your location.
Can I pick up my order?
Of course, you can collect your order at your convenience. We offer secure, contactless pickup at our location during business hours. Simply select store pickup at checkout, complete your purchase, and we'll have your items ready for you.
Can I get my flowers delivered at a specific time?
Due to managing a random volume of orders, our delivery schedules may vary. To ensure the best service, we're unable to guarantee specific delivery times at this moment. We appreciate your patience as we work through our queue.
What if I'm not home?
If the recipient is not home at the time of drop off we will contact the number provided multiple times to complete the delivery. If we are unable to get in contact with the recipient we will put the order in a safe location and take a photo for reference.
How will I know when my order has been delivered?
A notification will be sent to you via email/sms at the time of delivery.
How much is delivery?
FREE Delivery - within 3km radius from 54 Governor Macquarie Drive
$20 delivery - 3km - 10km radius
$25 delivery - 10km - 20km radius
$40 delivery - 20km - 30km radius
$80 delivery - 30km + radius
